With a keen interest and passion for the creative business Sive has for a long time looked to use his skills obtained over a 15 year career to contribute to an industry he feels passionately about. Having identified a need in the Sports Marketing and Management space he embarked on a mission to build Urbaine Group into a formidable force on the global playing field.

With a deep affection and love for the African continent he believes "African Athletes will be the future cultural icons and global changemakers within the next 20 years".

His vision for the Urbaine Group is to be the home of these changemakers and "for the world to come to us".
